Drop off and collection

Drop Off
Cornish Trampolining Academy is based at Polkyth Leisure Centre in their main hall.
This is open to the public and there are often other members of the public using the hall and viewing gallery whilst we are using the hall please eusure that you do not impact on the other users experiance (keep off the badminton courts when they are in use)
We therefore ask that children who are still in Primary School are dropped off at the trampolines and the coaches informed of their arival so we can sign them in.
Please do not drop your child off more than 5 min before the start of each session as we may still be checking the set up and will not be able to look after them safely untill this has been completed.

Those children in secondry school will be assumed to be sensible enough to come in to the hall and be signed in and out with out the presence of an adult. Please let us know if your child has any special requirements.

Collection
Please ensure that you come in to the hall to collect your child if they are still at primary school.
Should your child need to be collect early then please let one of the coaches know at the start of the session.
If your child is being collected by a non family member then please let us know at drop off.

Please note that we will be present in the hall for 15 min after the sessions finish and your child has been made aware that if there any problems we will be present to assist.

Please inform the lead coach should you be running late and we will arrange for your child to remain in the leisure centre untill collection.

Toilet Facilities
Toilets are located at the entrance to the leisure centre the other side of the barrier to the sports hall.
Please ensure that your child has been to the toilet before getting to the trampoline.
If they require additional assistance then please ensure that you are present to assist when required.

Primiary School Age
Should your child need the toilet during their class they will be sent in pairs - this is not ideal as it requires that they are let out and let back in by the reception desk which is often quite busy. Primary school aged children are often distracted very easily so can mean that they take a long time and often miss their go.  If you are still present in the hall and watching from the viewing gallery we will ask that you come down and take your child.

Should we notice that your child has taken a long time to return we will have to stop the entire session to resolve the issue.

Secondry School Age
Children in secondry school will be able to visit the toliet in their own. Please note that they will still be required to pass though the barriers and will be outside of sports hall.

Photography
The centre is open to the public and is outside of our imediate control for photograpy.
We will not take any photos of your child without your permission.
We will not use any photos of your child on social media without your permission.
We will not use your childs full name when publishing on social media.

We are unable to police any other user of the hall as this is a public space.
Should you wish to take photos of your child in training then do not post any photos on social media if they contain any other child without liasing with Cornish Trampolining and the childs parents/guardians
